Georgia ’s Colonial Coast Birding and Nature Festival

Total sponsor contributions can be a combination of cash and in-kind donations. All in-kind donations must be approved in advance by the CCBNF sponsorship committee (please call 912-634-1322). A list of ideas for donated goods and silent auction items is included on page 7. Benefits are subject to legal or other policy changes. You can sponsor the festival at any of the levels below. Wood Stork Sponsor ($5,000 AND UP)

  • Name recognition in all printed materials and on festival web site as lead sponsor.
  • Full-page black and white ad in 2007 festival program book (if sponsorship confirmed by May 19 and ad copy received by May 31, 2007).
  • Logo and name recognition to be prominently displayed on-site at the festival.
  • Complimentary exhibit space in “The Rookery” exhibit hall.
    Up to ten complimentary festival registrations.*
  • Up to ten complimentary tickets to Saturday evening dinner banquet/keynote address.*
  • Distribution of coupons and/or flyers from sponsor organization included in registration bags of all festival participants (if sponsorship is confirmed and 300-500 copies of each item are received by September 15, 2007.)

Oystercatcher Sponsor ($2500 - $5000)
  • Name recognition in all printed materials and on festival web site as an Oystercatcher sponsor.
  • One-half page, horizontal, black and white ad in 2007 festival program book (if sponsorship confirmed by May 19 and ad copy received by May 31, 2007.)
  • Complimentary exhibit space in “The Rookery” exhibit hall.
  • Up to six complimentary festival registrations.*
  • Up to six complimentary tickets to Saturday evening dinner banquet/keynote address.*
